Climate Change Emissions Targets; Study Our Yard
New Zealand’s emissions are massively reabsorbed by the natural environment within and around the country. In this quarter of the world, industrial density could hardly be lower. Geography means those absorbed pollutants add nothing globally. Are we already sustainable?
Most would accept the universal, international responsibility towards climate change global issues. New Zealand should play a part in meeting some of this responsibility. But it is a matter of degree. What action? How much? Continue reading
